I very seldom self promote. I think this is because for the most part I’m super focused on promoting the amazing (and under represented) artists @__turntboi and I work with at @radar._001
However I thought it was time to post something up that’s very ✨me✨! This mix has two parts: one heavily inspired by the early 2010s prog house and trance I grew up listening to on the bus to school, and the other an hour of the groove / hypnotic / tribal techno I’m known for now.
I had a blast on this mix and it was really fun to utilise all 3/4 decks to make something that is as silly and cringy as myself.

American dylan james (he/him) & Paris-born turn_t (he/him) first created RADAR out of a shared love of the more niche sounds of electronic music—ethereal, atmospheric progressive house and raw, tribal techno that build an excess of groove on the dance floor.
As close collaborators, they push each other to discover new sounds, crafting blends that are almost alive and unique to the moment.
RADAR is built on contrast. Light and dark, restraint and release. The kind of music that doesn’t announce itself, instead arriving slowly, wrapping itself around you and refusing to let go.
