We started at Club Bâtard for their pre-wedding gathering — think elegant vibes, genuine laughter, amazing conversations, and wine that flowed as freely as the joy in the room. It was relaxed, it was sophisticated, and it set the perfect tone for what was to come.
The next day? A breathtaking rooftop ceremony high above the city, with Hong Kong’s iconic skyline as their backdrop. Modern architecture met soft, natural touches, and every detail honored both their cultures and their love story. It was vibrant, warm, and so deeply them.
What we love most about filming weddings here is how Hong Kong itself becomes part of the story. It’s a city of contrasts — where tradition and modernity dance together, where every street has something new to offer. That curious, ever-moving energy? This stunning Hong Kong wedding we’ve just filmed unfolded high above the city on a beautiful rooftop, where modern skyline energy blended effortlessly with traditional Asian touches and soft elements of nature. The ceremony felt intimate and serene, surrounded by elegant florals that framed the harbour views, before the day shifted into a warm, joyful celebration that brought two cultures and two families together. Xiao Wei and Christopher were genuinely kind, grounded, and absolutely radiant, creating an atmosphere that felt both deeply personal and unmistakably “Hong Kong”: contemporary, vibrant, and full of heart.
We love shooting Asian weddings as I always feel like the clients are always so welcoming! Here we focused on capturing the emotion, movement, and natural beauty of the day, telling their story in a way that feels authentic, cinematic, and timeless.
