This latest batch of colourful packs has been seriously fun to bring to life. And this time, I can’t take all the credit — I’ve had an awesome helper in the workshop a couple of days a week, and this is the first full batch we’ve worked on together.
All of these packs are based on my LandSAR design, built to be as versatile and practical as possible. They offer a maximum volume of around 70L (with a few rolls at the top), giving you plenty of space for multi-day trips. Rolled down to the load lifters (as pictured), they compress to about 54L — and cinch down even further for lighter day missions.
Feature-wise, they’re designed to adapt:
• Large side pockets for bottles or tent storage
• Three side compression straps to really dial in the load
• Front daisy chains for attaching extras (like the pocket on the red pack)
• Ice axe loops and a front bungee system for drying wet gear on the go
• A top lid that's fully removable for when you want to go minimalist
All packs share the same core build where it matters most:
• Side pockets + back panel in durable 420D Robic nylon
• Base reinforced with EPLX 400D for extra toughness and longevity
From there, fabric choices change the feel — but interestingly, not the weight all that much:
• Red, purple, and pink — EPX 200
→ Lightest in the batch at 1,450g
• Green — EPLX 400
→ Slightly tougher, minimal weigh increase 1,500g
• Black (both) — EPX 400
→ Toughest but adds 105g over the 200 version 1,545g
What’s really interesting is how minimal the weight difference is between EPLX 200 and 400, despite the bump in durability.
No matter the option, these are all built with seriously hard-wearing materials — designed to handle plenty of abuse out in the wild.
These are all for sale and will be going up on the website today. So get in touch if you are wanting one or all six.
They are mostly Medium back lengths with just the purple in Small and the black with teal shock cord in Large.

Bags need to fit in two ways: 1. The carrier (in this case, the bike) 2. What you carry inside
The hard part is making a bag that works no matter what you throw in, snacks, layers, tools, or the inevitable overpacking.
Rack Bag
Built around the @tim_tas_rek front rack. A bottom sleeve keeps it anchored, so one Voilé strap is all it takes to lock it down.
Frame Bag
My frame bags are built with a few non-negotiables:
– Space for a @knog light battery
– A dedicated hand pump sleeve
All of that, plus working around the unique geometry of a @canyon Grizl frame

We’re not known for making the most colorful gear. We build tools for traveling in mountains. We don’t try to keep pace with the fast fashion outdoor industry. But sometimes we get inspired by a color combo that’s just too good to pass up. This pack was made with odds and ends left over from a few other projects. Purple webbing, blue dyneema and zippers from @ripstopbytheroll . Ultra 200x from @challengesailcloth . If we did another pack in this style, who’d want one?
No.145, 30L — This one is for sale.
We made this pack as a demo piece to showcase the new colours of UltraWeave 200X, along with our new Type C back panel.
Type C sits right between our Type A and Type B systems. It features a 6 mm padded hip belt, offering more comfort than the minimalist Type A while staying noticeably lighter than the more structured Type B.
The system is supported by a removable foam sheet, and you can choose the density—from lightweight to rigid—depending on what suits your needs. We can also add aluminium stays on request. If you prefer a simpler setup, it can easily convert back to a 38 mm webbing waist belt in just a few seconds.
Pack No.145 — £300
Back length (top of hip belt to yoke): 17 inches, with slight adjustment up or down.
Minimum weight: 700 g
Fully configured (with lightweight foam): around 900 g.

Making an @agaveproducts Arroyo backpack takes four hours for the main body, plus an hour for the shoulder straps, handlebar straps, and sternum strap. Five hours seems like a lot but this bag is packed with features. I hope to improve this time with practice. #agaveproducts #arroyopack #myog #backpack #sewing @challengesailcloth

Ultralight EP50 KC Wallet with CATPAT™️ print. 🐈
This wallet is a common MYOG project, elevated by printing my logo in a repeating pattern on the fabric using dye sublimation. This means it will never crack or fade, as the fabric has been infused with ink.
