đ¸ Renders to Reality
đBased in India
â Fueled by caffeine & creativity
As seen in AD, Elle Decor, Office Snapshots, Design Pataki, GoodHomes & more.
The MDâs cabin at Singh Properties had one brief, make it feel like it belongs to someone, not just anyone.
Forest green leading into terracotta. A walnut desk thatâs built for long days. Shelves with actual books, actual objects, actual life. Pendant lights that make the room feel warm at any hour. And a green sofa tucked into the corner for the moments between meetings when you just need to think.
This is the room where the most important decisions get made deserves more than a chair, a desk, and a view.
This is what it looks like when a workspace is built around the person, not the other way around.

What ties it all together is how seamless it feels.
1 â Soft light filtering through, setting the tone for a slower, more focused day.
2 â Brick arches, glass doors, and just the right amount of detail to draw you in.
3 â Art on the walls, layered lighting, spaces that feel lived-in, not just designed.
4 â And then a corner to pause. Comfortable, warm, and easy, where work doesnât feel rushed.
From structured to soft, open to intimate, without ever breaking the flow.
Because a well-designed workspace isnât just about how it looks.
Itâs about how naturally you move through it.
Which frame would you save for inspiration?

POV: the project is done, the cameras are rolling, and suddenly everyone becomes a creative director. đŹ
From fixing chairs that nobody notices to pretending candid shots are actually candid, photoshoot day is pure chaos, caffeine, and cinema.
But when the space looks this good⌠the drama is justified. â¨
Behind every polished interior shoot is a team running on vibes, ladders, and âone last shotâ. đ¸

Every conference is, in some way, a game of strategy.
Thereâs a table at this office that stops you mid-step. Not because itâs loud. Because itâs considered.
Two marbles, hand-laid in a checkered pattern. Legs carved after chess pieces, because the people who designed this space understood that what surrounds a conversation quietly shapes it.
The black chandelier doesnât overwhelm. It anchors. The gallery wall doesnât distract. It reminds you that beauty and business have always belonged in the same room.

Nobody talks about what a reception desk says, until you see this one.
At Singh Properties, itâs more than a desk.
Green marble with intentional veining, a fluted burgundy base, and a deep black backdrop, every element is designed to make you feel something before a word is spoken.

Look closer. What detail stands out to you first?

Not your typical office, this is an experience.
Designed for Singh Properties by Kanika Raina, Muskan Agarwal, Shweta Kanojia, Khushboo Verma and Priyanka Singh, the space reimagines a workplace as something far more immersive. Inspired by the layered warmth of Soho House, a rich palette and tactile materials set the tone.
From brick-clad arches and antique lighting to concealed doors and marble inlay flooring, every detail is crafted to feel seamless yet intriguing. The highlight - a sculptural, peanut-shaped conference table that adds a bold, playful edge.
A space designed to be felt, not just used.

You donât expect an office to feel like this.
Most spaces you walk into are forgettable. This one isnât.
At Singh Properties, every detail, from handpicked brick walls to sculpted arches and a striking marble reception, feels intentional, almost like the space is telling you to slow down and take it in.
Step inside. What detail would you notice first?

Episode 2- Inside the Design
It began as a sketch, a palette, and a hundred tiny decisions you donât see, but definitely feel.
Swipe to uncover what really goes into a âfinishedâ space â(from raw materials to layout logic, from concept to final styling)
Because good design isnât just what you see. Itâs everything you donât.
Save this for your next project & tell us, which detail caught your eye first?

Render vs Reality -and somewhere in between is where the real design happens.
What you see in the render is intent. What you see in reality is execution, collaboration, and a hundred on-site decisions that never make it to the screen.
From material swaps to lighting tweaks, from millimetre adjustments to last-minute improvisations, this is where design stops being perfect and starts being real.
And honestly? We wouldnât have it any other way.
Can you find the difference ?

Not all lights just light up a space, some define it.
From soft cove glows to statement chandeliers and sleek track lights, this is the kind of layering that turns a design into a mood.
We donât just pick lights. We curate how a space feels after sunset. â¨

Thereâs a reason you fix that one cushion the moment you see it.
Symmetry isnât just ânice to look atââŚ
it gives your brain a sense of control, balance, and calm.
Thatâs why some spaces instantly feel right-
and others just feel⌠off.
But hereâs the catch-
too much symmetry can feel predictable.
The real magic?
Knowing where to balance it⌠and where to break it.
Save this for the next time youâre designing your space !

Equal parts work and nonsense
one person fixing the frame
one person hyping it up
one person saying âguys this is actually goodâ
and everyone pretending weâre done (weâre not)
best kind of chaos, honestly đ
something upcoming up super soon, stay tuned!
