At this year’s @globalfashionagenda Summit in Copenhagen, our Executive Chairman, @patrickchalhoub , joined Federica Marchionni for a conversation on the evolving responsibilities of leadership in a world defined by rapid change and increasing complexity.

وخلال النقاش، أشار باتريك إلى مبادرة “تأثير شلهوب” كمثال على تطورنا من مبادرات منفصلة إلى منهجية أكثر تكاملاً وأطول مدى، تستند إلى ركائزنا الثلاثة: الأفراد، والشركاء، والكوكب.
ونؤكد كمجموعة التزامنا الدائم بالعمل جنبًا إلى جنب مع الشركاء والمجتمعات لتحقيق تأثير مستدام ذو معنى.

Hello, I’m Hussain! I began my journey with Chalhoub Group in Kuwait almost three years ago, seeking a new career path in a field I am truly passionate about. Coming from a completely different background of work experience, I was eager to learn and grow.
I started in Masstige and Pharma Trade Marketing, where I gained valuable experience and had the opportunity to shine in my role. During that time, I was honoured to receive the Positive Disruptor Award, a moment that made me feel recognised and appreciated for my efforts.
Today, I am proud to handle Chanel Trade Marketing and VM as an Executive. I strongly believe in my current role, and I am committed to taking on new challenges and exploring new horizons within the Group. انطلقت في مجال التسويق لفئة المنتجات المميزة جماهيريًا والمنتجات الصيدلانية، حيث اكتسبت خبرة قيّمة وأتيحت لي الفرصة لإبراز إمكاناتي في دوري. وخلال تلك الفترة، تشرفت بالحصول على جائزة "المُحدث الإيجابي"، وهي لحظة شعرت فيها بالتقدير والاعتراف بجهودي.
