Happy to finally share my mix from this years @theeverafterscampout , I had the cutest time warming up the pool this year on Saturday afternoon and kicked off a great day of excellent programming. Played a ton of early 00’s deep house, so tons of chill but groovy vibes inside here. Check the link in my profile to listen in! I also took on the task of mastering all of the recordings from the entire campout this year. It was such a fun process reliving the whole campout in audio form and getting to work through everyone’s sets. Ever Afters is really building a great queer community with intention and I was so happy to play apart in it! Can’t wait to go back again next year already! 🥰

Had the most amazing time playing @signalunderground new party Vertigo the other week and I am so happy to be sharing the recording from that night! The whole room was grooving and I couldn’t have asked for a better dance floor, thanks you to everyone who was there grooving with us. Check out the recording from the night and catch the vibe, lots of deep and progressive house in there. So so so happy to be sharing my recording from this years @honchopgh campout. Was very honored when I was asked to play the opening slot for the grove on Saturday night, a literal dream come true for me. This years campout was extra magical and representative of a year of personal growth for myself and many others I talked with. So happy I got to soundtrack a small portion of a weekend of such impeccable programming. For this set I wanted to orchestrate the sunset into the explosive energy that night brings at the four quarters grounds. Expect lots of groovy and shimmery vibes inside as it builds into a driving crescendo of a little wild pop edit moment. Had the best time kicking off my birthday last night bowling with all these cuties. Just hit 3 years in LA now and these folks really make it feel like home. 🥰 Also I’m officially in my third decade of existence now for those keeping track. 🫨

Had the cutest time playing tunes with @thebaptist.mp3 at my first @lazybear_official ! So happy we ended up getting two opportunities to go b2b as she is someone I’ve wanted to do so with for a while. Friday we held down the pool all day with some fun 2000’s sun soaked vibes and then got to go a little harder late into the night at a little pop up afters situation. So nice to see so many familiar faces throughout the week and meet many new amazing friends as well. Thanks again to the @lazybear_official crew for having me 🧡🖤💛🤎 Also I totally feel in love with the chickens we had at our Airbnb lol

Link in bio ✨ Atrevido is a San Diego-based DJ, producer, and founder of community radio station Particle FM. In the past year, Atrevido has guested on Prosumer’s NTS radio residency, performed for queer Lisbon rave collective Mina, and hosted a Dark Entries label showcase with Bill Converse. With eight years DJ experience, Atrevido blends Midwestern rave tradition with playful eccentricity. DJing vinyl since age 11, C Powers grew up in ATL record shops. Later she fostered queer dances in Georgia, and solidarity events in PDX. Her sets mix anti-sophistication, scratching + juggling - informed by working outside of clubbing spaces. She is immersed in anti-displacement work, her DJ’ing and tenant advocacy meld: she injects music into organizing space + weaponizes audio for disruption. Chad has been inspired by many raves and by their great peers in the queer scene. The recent LA transplant threw MESH in Pittsburgh, and worked with staples like Honcho, Jellyfish, and Mostbeautifullest to put on the legendary Maybeland parties. They’ve played all across the continent, and can often be found in the woods of Honcho Campout. Most recently, Chad’s been the resident DJ of Chardogay. Charles Hawthorne (they/them) is a Black queer DJ, event producer, and community builder based in Oakland, CA. Through their music and community work, they strive to create spaces where queer and trans people can gather to move their bodies and cultivate joy. Charles is the creator of Five Finger Disco and they currently serve as the Board President of Oaklash. Crasslos, a Non-Binary Queer DJ based in Los Angeles, California. They are associated with the monthly parties Funky Little Beat and Cochon, and also have a weekly show on KQBH LA called Holograma.

As @chard0gay comes to a bittersweet close, I wanted to take a quick moment to thank everyone involved for creating such a beautiful community-based nightlife space in LA. Chardogay was my first gig when I moved to LA, and the way I was immediately welcomed with open arms and celebrated made me feel so welcomed and loved here. It’s been such a pleasure getting to spend many incredible and inspiring nights with this crew, and I can’t imagine my life without it. Love you all so much 💖
