Our Astrophotography Workshop on May 7th is miraculously not yet sold out - we have just 8 tickets left!
Intro to Milky Way Astrophotography focuses on Milky Way photography using a DSLR (mirrorless) camera. Using equipment provided by Chabot, our instructors will walk you through different techniques of observing and capturing the night sky from our Observation Deck. You will learn to work with specific software to finish and process a photo.
You will also be trained on how to operate astronomy gear that you can rent through the @eastbayastrosociety Loaner Scope Program and gain introductory knowledge on how to get started capturing your own night sky photography!
