When I started Protege with an old baseball buddy in 2006, I had ZERO clue about marketing, branding, design, and development. In short order, I took on the challenge of finding a new career path after an unlucky and horseshit baseball career. I needed something to fill the void! I loved networking and building brands for individuals and businesses. Within 3 years, Protege morphed into something amazing, where I had assembled a great team, both locally and overseas in Europe. I had “employees” that were Family and created a brand with me that was fun, engaging, and delivered for our clients over 16 years. I can’t thank this Family (my parents especially) enough for the ride and the good times we had. They honestly saved me from a path where I could have easily self-destructed into feeling sorry for how my baseball career turned out. I appreciate them immensely.
I have been made an offer that I simply cannot refuse.
Today, the third stage of my life starts. After multiple discussions with my Family, phycological profile scores, brainstorming sessions, and three of the best business partners I could have asked for, I have accepted a role as Partner and President of /company/altrus-capital/. It took all of 2 minutes to accept the offer once it was received. I am beyond excited at what the future holds for Altrus. I’m allowed to thrive in what I do best… connecting people, dissecting brands that are in need of investment, and cultivating a network of individuals that betters each other and more importantly, giving back to our community through charity ventures.

Last week @thepch50 group threw our annual @offtherecordpch event at @earnhardtlexus benefiting the @friendsofpch Foundation!! @dierksbentley brought the noise!!We raised over $740,000 for the @phxchildrens Hospital!! Huge shout out to all of the sponsors, event crew, vendors and The 50 Group for making it a night to remember!! This is going to change many kids lives for the better!! 📈📈🎉🎉
