Meet @christee_hollard Christee holds CrossFit Level 1 & 2 certifications and a Cert III in Fitness, alongside 12 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in emergency and surgical care. She brings eight years of elite CrossFit competition experience, including a 2nd place finish with Team Torian at the 2024 CrossFit Games. Christee combines high-level performance with a deep understanding of health and human movement. Party tricks at 225 (102kg). Little warm up and primer for benchmark “Nancy” today. @cftorian 5 RFT: 400m Run 15 Overhead squats 95/65 (12:28) Slightly longer than 400 run at Torian but it’s a lifetime PB anyway.
