2. What do you do for a living?
order routing & best execution for an online brokerage. Basically no one knows what my job is
3. What is your favorite food, color, and animal?
depends on my mood - probably an Italian beef, blue and dogs
4. What is your favorite activity/hobby outside of CrossFit?
traveling, rucking, skiing
5. Why did you decide to join CrossFit?
get back into weightlifting on a more regular basis and to have someone else structure my workouts.
6. What have you accomplished in CrossFit that at the start you thought you would never be able to do?
probably nothing but i should try harder to challenge myself
7. How has CrossFit helped you in your personal life?
more flexibility and energy
8. What are your CrossFit goals for this year? to not injure myself and keep going regularly
9. What keeps you motivated during a WOD? knowing that other people are doing it and if i quit i’ll look foolish.
10. Any advice for beginners?
do the workouts and exercises you hate the most, those are usually the most beneficial
