Our Connecticut office recently continued a meaningful tradition with an employee-funded donation to St. Vincent de Paul Middletown. Their work provides essential support, from food and clothing to housing assistance, for individuals and families in need.
We are proud to continue our partnership on their ongoing building project, contributing MEP services alongside a dedicated project team.
Giving back is not a one-time effort. It is part of who we are. We are proud to support organizations that make a lasting impact right here in our community.

Several of our engineers visited local schools to read Lucyās Engineering Adventure, ASHRAEās childrenās book that sparks early interest in engineering.

Earlier this December, colleagues flew in from all eight of our national offices, joined by spouses and partners, for our annual holiday party. The night was a true full-house celebration of the hard work, growth, and collaboration that shaped the year.
As we share a few moments from this event, weāre wishing our team, partners, and community a happy, safe, and restful holiday season. Weāre grateful for all that this year brought and excited for whatās ahead.

'Tis the Season for Givingš
Through our support of Covenant to Care for Children and their Adopt a Social Worker program, the CT team helped make the holidays a little brighter for kids who need it most. Because of the donations raised, we were able to provide 36 gift cards, 18 gift bags, and raise about $1,800 overall. With CESā additional contribution, that turned into approximately $2,300 worth of gifts for children in need this year.
Covenant to Care for Children is a nonprofit that partners with social workers to support children and families involved in the child welfare system. By providing essential resources and direct assistance through programs like Adopt a Social Worker, the organization helps meet immediate needs and bring comfort to children when they need it most.
Huge thank you to everyone who donated and helped support the social workers advocating for these kids every day!

We had a tee-rific time at our annual golf tournament! ā³ļø
Itās always a treat to step off the course of project meetings and spend time with our clients on the actual course. From long drives to tricky putts, the best part of the day was the conversations, laughs, and connections made along the way.
