◾ Il progetto di riqualificazione dell’ex caserma Santa Marta a Verona ha trasformato un complesso militare dismesso in un polo urbano che integra memoria storica e funzioni contemporanee, restituendo alla città un edificio ottocentesco riconvertito a spazi universitari, culturali e pubblici. L’intervento si distingue per l’equilibrio tra conservazione e innovazione, grazie all’uso di tecnologie avanzate e criteri di sostenibilità, creando un luogo aperto, inclusivo e integrato nel tessuto urbano. La Cantina @montresor_wines di Verona ospiterà l'evento dedicato alla presentazione del progetto di riqualificazione dell’ex caserma Santa Marta, firmato da @politecnica.bfh in collaborazione con @fm_ingegneria e Coprat.
