The new Porsche Service Center in South Kansas City is officially complete and open for service! 🚘
The 20,000 SF facility is the latest addition to Aristocrat’s South Campus. The interior is fully built out with a high-tech service shop, corporate offices, a client retail area, and the signature Porscheplatz lounge. Outside, the site is equipped with 290 parking stalls and multiple EV charging stations to support daily operations and customer needs. ✨ #FeatureFriday

To round out Construction Safety Week, we’re spotlighting our dedicated safety team: Mark Shinabargar and AJ Edwards! To Mark and AJ, safety is about more than just compliance—it is a personal commitment to ensuring that every person on-site returns home safely to their family at the end of the day. Their leadership reminds us all that while we build great things, the well-being of our people is the most important thing of all.
Putting this value into action, they’ve spent the week leading daily on-site toolbox talks focused on critical safety themes like Fall Protection, Struck-By and Caught-In/Between hazards, and Electrical Safety. They also integrated vital conversations on Mental Health and Suicide Prevention, treating the "invisible" hazards of our industry with the same urgency as the physical ones.
Safety is of the utmost importance to Centric, and we are grateful to Mark and AJ for fostering a culture where every team member is supported from every angle. As we wrap up this week, we carry this momentum forward and continue to look out for one another every single day!

A meaningful day celebrating a major milestone for the University of Central Missouri and the next chapter of the Humphreys Building! 🏫
In collaboration with Hollis + Miller Architects, the focus was on creating a space for every student to thrive. The result balances private focus areas and flexible classrooms with open, lounge-style environments that invite connection. What was once a series of separate wings has been transformed into a cohesive educational hub that encourages interaction across departments that were previously siloed.
This renovation marks a significant step forward for the UCM community. Reimagined to better serve today’s students and faculty, Humphreys now brings a wide range of programs together under one roof. The building is now home to classrooms and offices for Criminal Justice, ROTC, McNair Scholars, the Safety Center, Physical Education, Counseling, Testing Services, Online and Learning Engagement, and Health Promotion, as well as a new Esports facility.
This milestone is about more than just a finished space; it’s about a campus environment that supports learning and fosters relationships for years to come. We are proud to celebrate this achievement alongside UCM!

We’re thrilled to share the progress on our second K1 Speed project in the KC metro, continuing our partnership to bring high-speed entertainment to the area!
This dynamic destination will feature K1 Speed’s signature indoor electric kart racing track, pit and podium areas, arcade games, meeting and event spaces, and a modern lounge for spectators.
It’s especially exciting to be part of the continued growth happening in Kansas City, Kansas, as the area continues to see major development and investment. We’re proud to contribute to projects that bring new energy and experiences to the community.

Our journey with Spira Care began in 2017 with the renovation of their first location in Olathe, Kansas. That successful project led to a trusted partnership, and since then, we’ve had the opportunity to deliver eight Spira Care centers across Kansas and Missouri, including three ground-up builds. Each location is thoughtfully designed to support patients, providers, and an elevated healthcare experience. ❤️🩹
