No More Live shows
I’ve gotten a lot of messages in recent weeks from people asking if I’m quitting music.
Short answer…yes
Long answer…I’ve had time to reflect recently on what I enjoy doing most and sadly playing live shows isn’t that. Whilst it’s been a great experience, I love making music. As my private life gets more busy I have less time for it and now I have to choose, I’d certainly take creating over performing every time. Performing requires consistency and commitment
From next year I won’t be working with any labels as I cut back on my output. I’ll be starting my own label featuring only myself and I’ll continue to release music via my Bandcamp to support those who prefer digital.
I have a number of releases coming in 2024 which I’m very excited about on some reputable labels.

Finally finished my first sample pack, this is something I’ve been meaning to do for a long time.
Melodic loops are mix of hardware and software processed through the Tascam m216 and Ensoniq DP4+
Drum Loops are from my private collection of rare to find samples from the late 80s and 90s, these have gone through additional analogue processing
The next volume will focus more on melodic content but I’m open to ideas/suggestions!

Still sinking in but Sunday was definitely a highlight for me! The club, crowd and DJs were nothing less than 💯
Playing and warming up for someone who’s inspired me for years aka Onur Ozer was a great experience followed by 3 hours of pure musical genius!
