If uncertain times have taught us anything, it is that flexibility and contingency planning are critical for organizational resilience. This requires leaders who are equipped to act decisively and confidently in the face of uncertainty.
This workshop will focus on two essential leadership skills that boost resilience: risk management – how to identify, understand, and prepare for potential threats – and change management – how to modify and adapt in a way that maximizes success and minimizes disruption.
