🍊 El Clotet shows what long-term land stewardship can achieve.
Our site-specific Biodiversity Action Plans guided this transformation. We designed and implemented these plans over several years to restore the land, support biodiversity, and return the site to productive use. They also guide practical measures like efficient irrigation, supporting a more sustainable farming operation.
While the farm's produce reaches markets throughout Europe, its impact remains deeply local, creating local jobs and enriching the community.
This is how restoration moves from intent to lasting outcomes, through clear plans, steady work, and results that can be measured over time. Learn more about our sustainability approach at the link in our bio.
🏜️ Geometry can be structural and contextual.
At Las Arenas, architect @agustinlanda translated the logic of the desert into a precise geometric language. Sharp edges, diagonals, and cantilevers echo the forms of native vegetation.

🏘 Stucco is a durable exterior finish made from a cement-based mix applied in layers that harden into a solid coating.
While it is still wet, builders can shape and texture stucco to achieve different looks, from modern to traditional. Once it cures, it helps protect the building with strong resistance to fire, weather, and everyday wear. Over time, it adds long-term value as it needs less upkeep than other exterior finishes.
That combination of design flexibility and durability is why stucco is used on many homes across the United States.

🌿 We support wildlife and restore habitats around our operations through Biodiversity Action Plans (BAPs) tailored to each site.
These plans help guide practical steps to conserve and improve local habitats. At our Rugeley quarry, for example, traditional grazing and technology work together to support natural habitat restoration.
