With so many pizza spots all over NYC, it takes a LOT for a regular slice to really stand out… but Cello’s Pizzeria definitely impressed me.
The slice was thin, insanely crispy, perfectly balanced with the cheese and sauce, and somehow not greasy at all. The undercarriage was beautiful and when I held the slice straight down… not one drop of grease came off. THAT’S how you know. 🍕🔥
This was only my first stop here because I couldn’t resist trying the regular slice first from all the hype, but now I already know I need to come back and dive deeper into the menu.
