Throwback to a class @eptalentacademy from @chanelleanth that brought me to tears. First time in my small dancing career that I dared performing a solo in front of a crowd, and oh boy, it feels so vulnerable. When Chanelle asked: “who wants to do a solo”, I got all my limiting beliefs rushing in my brain, and somehow, in a matter of seconds, just decided to shut them down and raise my hand 🤚 (to immediately think 2 seconds after: “what did I just do?!”) All the emotions, from the fear of failure, not being enough, feeling exposed and judged, boiled up, and after the performance all got replaced by gratitude, pride for putting myself out there, being dedicated to my growth, and pure joy. It was such a beautiful reminder that everything you’ve ever wanted is sitting on the other side of fear, and that the only way to go past your fears, is to dive into them fully. Got so inspired by @___kimba ´s choreography on this song that I had to make something on it. Obviously not even close to the goat, but it was so much fun to create on this one and get out of my comfort zone. Maybe I’ll get to record it and be cleaner in the future, but for now, with the wedding coming up in 2 months and baby, I’m just happy I even get a video to remember it in the future #momslife 🫠

I realised that from my past year and a half of teaching I barely had any videos (also having an 8 months baby there is not much else but my baby on my camera roll tbh 😅). So here’s a promise to myself to record more of that process. At the end of the day, it doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to be real. Snippet of one of my choreos from this year. I saw @doly.shmoly choreographing on it, and I just love when you just see how another teacher interprets a song and hears the music. I immediately knew I had to create on it too and feel what it meant to me. When mom and dad have a day off ⛷️ Teaching dad how to ski at 34 and he’s doing such an amazing job! Maybe this way Matteo will take 2 years instead of one to become better than him 😝 Blessed to have the mountains in our backyard and can’t wait for those ski sessions the 3 of us ❤️

First workshop of the year and what can I say… 2026 bring it on!!! @chanelleanth you are the purest soul and the best heel teacher I’ve ever encountered! Baby is 8 months old in a few days, and I finally feel like I’m ready to go all in with sports again. What a blessing it is to be able to move my body again and to connect to my biggest passion ❤️‍🔥 I didn’t want this workshop to end and could have been dancing on end! So precious to feel that fire and that pure joy again. Ending 2025 deeply grateful and exhausted all in one. Thank you for giving me the gift of our family and the amazing friendships I have around me.
