Celebrating 40 years of @craftspace_ huge respect and love for Craftspace. And a very happy memory working in the Curious about Craft Van (2010-2011). Parked up in chilly public spaces across all 40 wards of Birmingham, they delivered free crafting experiences. If I remember right we also had a hot chocolate machine in the van. Congrats on 40 years! Zine design: @stewart_easton

Very happy that my drawing “Judy’s Glove” 2026 is included in the Drawing Biennale 2026, running until June 23. All proceeds from the auction support the Drawing Room’s fantastic community-focused programme @drawingroomlondon This stitched 🧵 drawing is from a series based on my grandmother, Judy’s gloves 🧤 that I wear through the winter.

Excited to share about this upcoming show in Kyoto, Japan. 💜💛 Puzzle 🧩 Pieces Pym Pati WYP Gojozaka Shimizu Gallery 5-477 Gojobashihigashi, Higashiyama Ward, Kyoto, 605-0846, Japan 23-30.05.2026 Puzzle Pieces is a group show exploring an ongoing collaboration between - Siri Johansen, Pati Passero and Celia Pym. With a focus on ‘leftover’ materials- for example knitting swatch tests, pieces of knitting made as part of knitwear production; disposable paper napkins from cafes; yesterday’s newspapers and ‘waste’ ceramics from Gojozaka Shimizu gallery - Puzzle Pieces is an interactive exhibition combining, layering, assembling, patching and unravelling as a way to creatively make patterns and puzzles from these leftover materials. Siri, Pati and Celia all value leftover and ‘waste’ stuff– that would normally be discarded or overlooked – and see potential in them precisely because they are irregular, everyday materials. Second Hand 🖐️ An exhibition of four artists working with inherited and discarded materials. @celiapym @tillyshiner @janestewart.art @shanewaltener Opening Wednesday 1st April 6pm–8pm @nosenaze Exhibition runs from Thursday 2nd April until Saturday 30th May 2026. The Nose, 28 Newgate Street, Walton on the Naze, CO14 8AL, formerly Grandma’s Pantry and Ocean Indian restaurant. Second Hand brings together four artists who work with materials that have lived other lives. Working with garments, textiles, and found objects, each artist uses what is worn, handled, discarded, and redistributed. Using sculpture, textile, and collage, the artists in our Second Hand exhibition work with old materials to create new artworks, experimenting with techniques passed down through generations. Clothes are mended, reworked, and reassembled; objects are recreated rather than discarded. The term ‘second-hand’, in use since the 17th century, once described the inheritance of another person’s clothing, making us feel a closeness to others and to the past. Today, second-hand economies are all around us in charity shops, repair stores, salvage yards and antique dealers, which are often housed in former banks, post offices, and past places of industry. Second Hand invites you to reconsider the value of what is already in circulation, and to think about how material and meanings can be reworked and carried forward.

Mended Green Dress (2009-25) This is my favourite summer dress. Wearing it since 1998. It has become increasingly thin. There aren’t really hole holes just thin areas that have been reinforced with stitching. The initial signs of damage were a patch on the left hip from wearing a cross body bag that rubbed against the dress. Now it is all thin, from aging, use and the fibers have become tired.
