After a hard week of training, this weekend was exactly what I needed.
A beautiful surprise from my wife, quality time was over due, and a chance to switch off, recover, and remember what all the sacrifice is for.
Being away for 5 weeks putting in the work isnāt easy, but moments like this recharge the mind, body, and soul and I feel the best I have ever felt coming into this fight.
Two weeks out from fight night.

Last session boxed off with Jack. Itās been an absolute pleasure being around him in training camp as we both prepare for our big fights. Heās on absolute fire heading into his world title fight in Egypt next weekend, in front of the Pyramids.
Energy is contagious, and itās been an unreal experience watching his sparring and picking up a few of his tricks along the way. A pure student of the game and an ultra professional. Grateful weāve ended up in the same gym.
