⛩️ In Paris, Passion Japon comes to life as an immersive journey through Japanese culture across more than 2,200 square metres. Visitors explore life-size sets from torii gates to capsule hotels, alongside authentic objects such as kimonos and manga artists’ desks. and the highlight: the immersive digital installations inspired by Hokusai’s iconic works.
⛩️ In collaboration with our sister company @europa.expo and other partners, we contributed to shaping this experience, helping translate a rich cultural narrative into an engaging, multi-sensory environment.

At cecoforma, no two days are ever the same.
As an event and communications agency, our teams often coordinate multiple events at once. In some weeks, our project managers may handle several events within just a few days, or even running events on the same day.
Each of them requires careful planning, coordination, strong teamwork and a proactive mindset from our project managers and support teams.
From small workshops like the Substances of Human Origin (SoHO) Coherence Study workshop to high-level European meetings such as the Media Literacy Expert Group Meeting that took place on 5th March, our teams always ensure behind-the-scene work, like welcoming participants, managing logistics and coordinating speakers, runs smoothly.
And when clients return to work with cecoforma again, we know we’ve done something right.
Busy days like this remind us why teamwork and preparation matter, and why we love what we do.❤️

Blue lights. Planets. Spaceships.🚀
🌌 Last week, the Brussels Planetarium hosted the Belgian premiere of Project Hail Mary, creating a unique setting inspired by the universe of the film.
🌌 Through interactive installations and motion design, the venue was transformed into an immersive environment, welcoming guests into the story before the screening began.
🌌 In collaboration with @sonypicturesbelgium , our team and @woogie.studio supported the design and delivery of this premiere, translating a cinematic concept into a live experience. For one evening, the Planetarium became a gateway to another universe.

This week we were present at @festivak 2025, the #1 trade fair for the event-industry in Mechelen, Belgium among over 300 exhibitors and suppliers from across the sector (venues, catering, entertainment, tech, agencies etc.).
🤝For cecoforma, this was a prime opportunity to strengthen ties with existing partners and potential clients, in both the public and private sectors, to identify new collaborators and to get inspired by new ideas and trends in the sector.
