Back when I was 85 kg, I didn’t even dare to take full-body photos.
In 2021–2022, I always edited my pictures to look slimmer,
so there are no photos from my heaviest days.
But trust me—it was worse than slide 3.
I used to feel sad just looking at myself in the mirror.
Now, I’m not that skinny yet, but I’ve started to truly love my body 🥹💖
Hoping to be more disciplined and consistent moving forward,
so I can be even healthier.
Cheering for myself—and for all the girls out there who are working toward a healthier life 🥰
I take more photos of myself now.
Not because I’m obsessed with being seen,
but because I finally understand how quickly life passes.
In my teens, I barely took photos.
In my 20s, I thought memories would stay forever without needing proof.
Now in my 30s, I realize moments never come back the same way twice.
So I document the little things
the places, the people, the versions of me that exist today.
Because one day, when I’m older, I want to remember how this life felt.
Maybe my face will change, my body too,
but at least I’ll have these pieces of time to return to.
A quiet reminder that I was here, living it all.
