If you follow the official TouchDesigner Instagram, the name pepepepebrick is likely a very familiar one. pepepepebrick is an interactive designer & engineer from Taipei. Specialising in body tracking, motion capture, creative coding, and audio-visual/visual-audio interaction, he enjoys experimenting with diverse visual styles and technologies. His goal is to transform simple, everyday themes into playful interactive experiences.
𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐢𝐠 marks his first collaboration with Popping dancer Bobby and Hip-hop/House dancer Ocean. Bobby is the winner of Street Dance Kemp 2016 and Red Bull Dance Your Style Hong Kong 2023. Ocean is the co-founder of Chestroll Dance Crew, a two-time World of Dance Hong Kong competition champion, and a choreographer for famous pop singers.
The fusion of the dancers’ signature styles with pepepepebrick’s real-time generated visuals and music ignites a powerful and moving synergy.
