Framing picture perfect views of the Gulf of Mexico, the wave-like walls of this penthouse suite required the most subtle of touches to perfect the space. 🌊🌊🌊
Due to the building’s radius, approximately 50% of the shade pockets required curved construction, necessitating precise measurements and constant communication between trades.
Dual automated shades juggle between daylight filtering and blackout functionality, converting wall-to-wall ocean views to wall-like privacy as needed.
Tied together within the Lutron control platform, the shading and lighting system adds an extra layer of relaxation and comfort to residents as the home is seemingly able to welcome occupants and regulate itself, without much extra thought being required.
