First show of the year done and dusted! Another amazing experience out there doing what we love, the fun I had up there was CRAZY!
Thank you to the @nzifbb and @moeelmoussawi for providing an event where all the athletes can show off their hard work and dedication to the craft!
First of all, I would not be the competitor I am today without my beautiful fiancé @macaulay.chloe you are the star of the show and my rock through the ups and downs of the entire process. Another thank you needs to go to @jamesecroyd coming in on late notice to help run the logistics a week out from show, seriously one of the best decisions I could have made!
Last thank you needs to go to everyone who come and supported me, having people cheer me on makes me feel so humbled to have such an awesome group of people around me, and to everyone who took time out of their day to support of message from a far, thank you!

We are back on prep, feedback noted, and a new fire in the belly. 4 more weeks till we go again.
2024 was a redemption year for me after the package I brought in 2022 was below standard. I’m proud to say that I brought a physique that was able to content with some of the best this time around. I now know so much more about my body and how it works so 2025 is going to be so much better and calculated!

I’ve met and competed with some amazing people along the way this year, and it’s exciting the community of bodybuilders growing within Hawkes Bay has been awesome to be apart of!

After two years of dedication, growth, and sacrifice, we managed to win overall classic physique title at the IFBB Joe Ulberg Wellington Classic. To top it off, I also got engaged to the love of my life. Truly one of the most blessed and unforgettable weekends of my life.
The work is not done, time to lock back down and go again at nationals, this time a pro card is on the line ⚒️

Failure is always going to be in the process of becoming successful. Sometimes you might lose more than you win, don’t look at that as a negative, learn from that experience and adapt. Dead last in my first show, won the second, lost the third, won the fourth and finally, lost the fifth. Each time I’ve learnt something. Focus on what you can do next instead of what you should have done before.
