Courtney ā or as most know him, CD ā has been boxing since he was a young boy, gaining experience in the ring with several fights under his belt. Now, as a qualified England Boxing Level 1 Coach, he brings that same passion and energy to teaching.
Starting November, he will be leading:

š„ Saturday 11:30 AM ā Fundamentals

So yeah, we played boardmasters and played some new unreleased songs. Lovely day in the sun. Saw Kate Nash, Cat Burns and The streets. Absolutely loved it.
Pic 2 and 3 kinda sum the performance up for me though. All about being super present. It was a wicked show, yes, but made even better by the sudden and very real realisation in that moment that the days havenāt always been this sunny - so made sure to enjoy this one even more. Love to the bros.

Iāve always kept aspects of who I am and what I do, separate. For the most part, Iāve intentionally tried to keep my vices away from anything that Iāve created, so itās super rare to see photos of me with cigs in my mouth for example. As the suns out, Iād like to bring to light that Iāve done a thing!
Hoping that you can celebrate with me on going 3 days without nicotine! Im off the cigs and vapes, and I feel really good for it. Apparently day 3 is always the hardest, and yesterday came with its own tests, but we got through it. The Only test from now on is consistency.
Itās not the biggest milestone, and Iāve kept my intentions to a select few people, but I feel like letting more people know keeps me accountable, and with any luck, shows my humanity and humility, and hopefully acts as the catalyst for someone else to go and do whatever it is that they need to get on with.
