A day late per usual... happiest of birthdays to the one who does it all for all. She makes sure the house runs, the kids run, she runs, makes me run. She is up at 5 am or before probably 360 days a year whether it's planned or not. She makes sure the kiddos make it to school, sports, doctors, swimming, LaX and more with zero help from yours truly. She's taught the kids all how to ski at levels that surpass my skills. She handles anything that is thrown at her, even the hardest things, with her family first of mind. There isn't enough things to say about her on her birthday, or day after, that will ever do justice for the awe have for you @carabednarfitness . Love you!
Happy Birthday Brady! Two years down and what a last year it has been. You tell us what you like and don't very well. Eat anything or at least try it. You are non stop and for the most part on your way to being potty trained. You can climb everything and love saying bye and blowing kisses and make sure everyone hears it. Your brother and sister are obsessed with you to a terrifying point. You can't stand being bucked or held down but the to be let down if the option to be carried is present. Love you little man. Cheers to 7 years @carabednarfitness . Never thought I would have kids but now I have 3 replicas, with your personality, that I guess look like me so they must be mine. Ellie, Liam, and Brady are lucky to have the best momma in their corner taking them to swimming, gymnastics, tennis, skiing, more swimming, grocery shopping, library, music, the zoo, all the parks, chiropractor, doctors appointments, school drop off and pick up, birthday parties, cyc, launch rides, Toy Store, magic hat, the beach on every nice day. And I am beyond lucky to have someone always having our family and kids top of mind. Here's to 100 more
Happy 4th Birthday Liam! To the kid who has the biggest FOMO and the best hair around. I wish I could rage as late as you want to stay up and get up as early as you do buddy. From skiing in your own this last year to swimming end to end of the pool to snacking more than I thought possible. Happy Birthday Beautiful from your biggest fans. From 5am classes to swim lessons to skiing to school meetings to doctors to solo bed time with 3 kids and new adventures for the kids to explore. 2024 Was a big year...
Started with going from family of 4 to family of 5 welcoming in the happiest kid around Brady.
Next I started a new job for the first time in 12 years.
Ellie was a fish in the pool this year and Liam is making waves.
Liam started at the Devereux School with Ellie for his first ever school and loved it.
Ellie has figured out her first career choice of being an artist.
I actually ran a Spartan Race without working there.
All three kids are on skis... yes even 11 month old Brady got on skis before 2025. Ellie is cruising and Liam's natural ability is showing.
All kids are obsessed with each other.
Yes some of the best and my favorite photos of the kids are them eating because they are sitting but also show their personalities the best.

Happy 3rd Birthday Liam! This last year has been huge and you've grown up so much. From some epic hair cuts to starting school to loving the slopes as much as Ellie does. Might still need to work on your balance and spacial awareness but let's be real that's another thing that makes you a mini me. It's taken me 35 years and still walk into walls.
Happy Mother's Day to you beautiful and all moms out there especially my very own mom and sisters! Without you these 3 little munchkins wouldn't have the experiences you push them to be apart of. You know what to say to them to calm them (95% of the time) and to make them smile and laugh. Thank you for teaching them the importance of movement because without that I wouldn't be able to witness toddlers doing yoga moves that I can't do @carabednarfitness
Welcome to the world Brady Michael Drummond. Weighing in at a solid 8.1lbs and 19.5" on Jan 12. Little dude is already so loved. We didn't forget anything going to the hospital this time, besides actual boyish clothes but like his brother looks fine in your sisters old swag.
Ellie and Liam are both very proud bit siblings and just want to be as close as possible... might be the biggest struggle we face.

Merry Christmas from this family to yours. Let your kids rage until the late hours so they ideally sleep in... and by sleep in maybe get a 6am wake up if we are lucky.

Happy Mother’s Day to all moms out there and especially to @carabednarfitness who day after day finds ways to keep Ellie and Liam busy and having the best days filled with swimming, running, playing, skiing, gymnastics, books, and family time all while working. Always teaching them the importance of being nice and sharing with each other and always being there when they need her, especially when it means an extra song or snuggle at night.
