It has been awhile, I want to reintroduce myself.
Hey, I am Chapin Dimond, I have been making jewelry since 2003. It is hard to believe that I’ve been at this for 20 years. I have interacted with many different people in my metalsmithing journey. Each interaction has stepped me forward to where I am today. I want to share a little about what I am up to and what I am creating now. My jewelry is shown at several galleries along the Front Range.
I am creating unique designs of my own to share the magic of metalsmithing. My take on jewelry is a fun playful experience, utilizing ancient and modern techniques to create each piece.
My business has taken me in a few directions. Not only do I design and create my own work, I provide casting services and custom jewelry. I also enjoy sharing the magic of metalsmithing with others, through teaching at various locations in Colorado and my in-studio experiences.

The hydraulic press has become a big part of my Studio practice. I use it in moving and forming metal creating my unique pieces of Jewelry and decorative objects.
In the past I could not get the metal to form/flow in the way I wanted. Being able to put metal under tons of force allows metal to move in ways I cannot do any other way.
I LOVE my 55ton press!!!
