A covered patio connected directly to the main living space.
Large sliding doors allow the interior and exterior to function as one continuous area through the warmer months.
The wood ceiling continues outside, maintaining material consistency and protection from seasonal weather.
This is functional, considered design that extends usable living space without adding square footage.
Framing is complete and electrical rough-in is done on this Daymark Design Project.
This stage is the “it’s getting real” stage for the customers. Their dream and vision is taking shape.
Insulation follows next, before drywall, stone & trim define the finished interior.

Progress continues on this thoughtfully designed cottage by @daymark_design ❄️ Even on days that are full blown snow globe status. It was kind of magical on site today.
