We had the pleasure of gracing the Chain Reaction stage 6 times. Unfortunately we only have half the flyers and pictures from a couple of the shows. Many of the shows we played there were with our friends, which made it that much sweeter.
The first time we played there was massively eye opening. We rolled through on the Fight Like Hell tour in 2006. They told us we had to headline that night, which we hadn’t done once the whole tour. At first I was annoyed. I was petrified of walkout and thinking we were gonna bomb after FLH. That night Chain went off. We played a crazy ass set, probably the best we’d ever played to that point. We were shocked and thankful to receive that response. That cemented Chain Reaction in our hearts as an all time favorite venue
Even though we haven’t been there since 2010, it’s still one of our favorite places we’ve played. Wish we could run it back again. Mad love to everyone that kept that place alive and for showing us love through the years. Thank you to everyone that ever came out, moshed or sang along. Such an amazing place. A true pillar in Southern California that will be missed.
