On Level 1, Collingwood School’s library was relocated and redesigned into a 3,600 sq. ft. Learning Commons, built for collaboration and engagement. With a raised steel-framed platform, custom worktables, benches, and a circulation desk, plus upgraded HVAC, electrical, and data systems, the space offers a progressive environment for students to connect and learn.

As part of a campus-wide transformation, Collingwood School now features state-of-the-art learning spaces designed for collaboration and innovation! On Level 2, the former library was converted into a 4,080 sq. ft. STEM Lab & Entrepreneurship Centre, equipped with workstation counters, a tool room, storage, and a display wall - giving students a hands-on learning experience.

In honour of Child & Youth Mental Health Day, CDC is humbled to feature Foundry Richmond - a wellness clinic we built that provides integrated health and social services to young people ages 12-24.
This day reminds us that when young people feel seen, heard, and supported, their mental health improves.

Fun fact: The South Surrey UPCC is the third of its kind in Surrey! CDC took on the role of Construction Manager for this project, working closely with Fraser Health, CTA, and other consultants to create an integrated urgent and primary care facility with medical imaging—all inside a busy mall.
