After many years living and working together, we have decided to open a furniture design studio. CareFree brings together our art practices and many years of experience in engineering, design, and fabrication. We have been drawn to making furniture since our early days as fabricators and cherish how it blends functionality with craft and beauty. We look forward to sharing our work with you!

Lighter Holder, part of a series of practical wall-mounted ceramics each showing the place where it’s installed, Droste-style (see last slide). This one is in our living room, where the marionette sconce Free made hangs on the wall! 🙇🏻♀️
this is a ceramic glasses holder i made with a painting of a delicious chicken tortilla soup free made last year.
i put it next to the couch, where i always used to sit down and think “shoot, where did i put my very light prescription glasses that my optometrist insisted i need for watching movies?” now they are always there waiting for me.
i am also working on a version to keep my computer glasses in by my desk. my life is awesome! #mylifeisawesome
here’s a little clay coaster i made! it’s painted to look like a bright nook in our apartment where we keep a lot of plants.
the glass is by @molten__ball , water in glass by @nycmayor
