The older we get the harder it seems to keep or, in some cases, to remove strict boundaries. It can seem so hard to navigate and differentiate in what situations you should stick up for yourself and in what situations should you just let things go. Whether it be setting boundaries with your loved ones or setting boundaries with your coworkers/boss — it can get complicated… So let’s get into the meaty details of what exactly are healthy boundaries and how do you create them!
