Last Friday, our students got creative making their own custom CCC Shines swag thanks to the amazing team at Philly Party Sisters! From laughter and creativity to friendship and memories, it was the perfect way to celebrate a year full of growth, connection, and fun on and off the stage.

Last week, our very first CCC Shines Junior Program production took the stage featuring our incredible 2nd–6th grade performers. What made this experience truly special was the leadership happening behind the scenes, too. ✨
Through our Apprentice Program, students in 7th–9th grade stepped into real production roles, helping bring the show to life through scene direction, vocal support, set design, costumes, social media, backstage leadership, and more.
At CCC Shines, we believe growth happens both on and off the stage. Watching younger students shine while older students learned to lead, mentor, create, and collaborate was a beautiful reflection of the community we are building together. 🎶🩵🎭

Tonight was pure CCC Shines magic. ✨🌿🐒
In just four short weeks, our Jr Show featuring Disney’s Jungle Book Kids cast brought the jungle to life in a one-night-only performance filled with joy, confidence, friendship, and heart. Our 2nd–6th grade performers shined brightly on stage while our 7th–9th grade apprentices stepped into leadership roles alongside the creative team showing what it truly means to grow on and off the stage. 🩵
Under the direction of Mrs. Emma Saracina, this special production reminded us that when children are encouraged, supported, and given a place to belong, incredible things happen.
So proud of this amazing cast, team, and community. The stage is just the beginning. ✨
Yesterday, we officially launched our very first Conversation Series with the Delco Chamber, led by Jessica Andrews and Aimee-Kate Mooney ✨
Our first discussion, Heading Into Summer Without Losing Momentum, created space for an honest and meaningful conversation about the realities many women face during the summer season including balancing shifting schedules, travel, family commitments, and professional goals, all while trying to stay focused and energized.
Together, we talked about prioritizing what matters most, protecting our time and energy, simplifying where we can, and building sustainable routines that support continued growth without burnout.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed so openly to the conversation. The insight, vulnerability, and encouragement shared around the table made for a truly impactful morning. These are the kinds of authentic connections and leadership conversations that continue to move businesses and communities forward across Delaware County 💼🤝

Grateful for an intentional evening with the women of the Chamber at our Vision Casting & Vision Board session.
What felt like a simple idea turned into something much more meaningful. It wasn’t just about vision boards, it was about taking a step back, slowing down, and being intentional about what matters most. There was a lot of honest reflection, great conversation, and genuine connection throughout the night.
Thank you to Aimee-Kate Mooney for hosting us at @cccshines and creating such a warm, welcoming space, and to Meg King @megkingconsultant for guiding the experience in a way that felt thoughtful and real. You both made it easy for everyone to settle in and be present.
And thank you to every woman who showed up and leaned into it. Nights like this are a great reminder of the kind of community we’re building together.
