Over the past six weeks, CCFY’s Self Care Series gave parents a space to slow down, connect, and pour back into themselves while building community with one another 💛. Through moments like our Make Your Own Pizza Party, families were reminded that self care is not something extra, it’s necessary.
At Community Connections for Youth, healing, restorative practices, and real community support are always at the center of the work we do with systems-involved youth and families. We hope parents leave this series with new tools, healthy boundaries, stress management skills, and small moments of joy they can carry with them long after these six weeks.
