Wrapping up our grad spotlight series!! đđ
At CBU, Mariela Castro found her rhythm through music, community and shared experiences. From performing in ensembles throughout the year to events like AÂ CBU Christmas, her time has been filled the opportunities to grow as a musician and connect with others.
One of her favorite memories? Traveling to Italy with the School of Performing Arts and performing in beautiful venues alongside friendsâan experience she calls a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
Whether through performances, time spent with friends or life on campus, these moments shaped her experience and growth as a musician. Congrats! #cbugrad2026

đâš Love gets messy, magic runs wild, and nothing is quite as it seems!
Opening the 2026 Courtyard Shakespeare Festival is The Bardâs own A Midsummer Nightâs Dream on Friday, June 12! This most playful and magical comedy tells the story of young lovers, mischievous fairies, and mistaken identities unfolding over a single enchanted night in the forest. As human reason gives way to dream logic, love becomes irrational, transformation becomes inevitable, and the natural world itself seems alive with possibility.
