***BRAIDED TIME*** An exhibition of new works by Claudia Platzer We’re pleased to announce our first show of the year… this one has been in the pipeline for a while so we’re super excited!! PV Thursday 14/05 6pm Open until 18/05 Claudia is a Sydney born, Liverpool based artist working across drawing, collage and photography. Through field-note drawings and collected fragments she builds layered works tracing what slowing down and walking reveals; spirals, loops and crossings surfacing across natural growth, collective memory and the structure of space time. ————————— Walking as practise. Landscape as memory. Time as something braided, layered and alive. More info to follow…

CBS is proud to present Footnotes, an exhibition marking ten years of CBS on the occasion of the Liverpool Independents Biennial. Footnotes brings together works by current CBS studio members as they articulate their sensitivities towards knowledge, perception and collaboration. The exhibition maps correspondences between methods of research gathering and sharing, embracing research as a communicative tool. Rejecting resolution, these artists foreground processes of exchange and provisionality as critical possibilities. Featured artists: Emma Deaton Gregory Herbert Joseph Hulme Paula Kolar KOZ JC Leisure Jo Mo Valentina Passerini Keziah Thomas-Mellor Curated by Isobel Cawley, @issycawley Footnotes is kindly supported by @indybiennial and @aceagrams 7 – 27 June By appointment only (contact [email protected]) 63 Blundell Street, Liverpool Opening on Saturday 7 June, 6pm til late Performances on Wednesday 25 June, 7:30pm onwards Poster by @____jc_leisure
