What a perfect Canberra autumn day for touring the city! A big thank you to @nca_gov_au for taking us on a Mystery Tour of the National Triangle, and for showing us both the icons and hidden gems along the way.
From lakeside moments to landmark stops, it was a great way to experience just how much there is to discover in this precinct. The tour also brought the National Triangle Visitor Map to life, demonstrating how it can elevate the visitor experience and encourage deeper exploration.

The night continued at the Australian War Memorial with our Platinum Dinner, held in the newly opened Anzac Atrium: a contemporary and meaningful space that brought together thoughtful design, exceptional food and great company.

One of the first groups to experience the new Anzac Atrium @awmemorial and it was nothing short of striking. Dining in a space surrounded by history with a Black Hawk, Australian Light Armoured Vehicle and F-111 looking on is incredibly special.
We were also given a rare sneak peek into the not yet reopen Anzac Hall, housing G for George.
The menu by @trippaswhitegroup matched the setting. BBQ braised beef short rib with gremolata, Asian style chargrilled chicken marylands, and Thai style snapper and lobster with coconut bisque. Autumn vegetables with fava and yellow pea puree brought balance, while sides like patatas bravas, spiced cauliflower blossom, kale salad and marinated feta rounded out the table.
Dessert was passionfruit curd tartlets, beetroot pavlova and a rich chocolate ganache tart with hazelnut praline cream.
