I’ve been a big fan of percussionist Colin Currie for a very long time so I was thrilled when @intermusicaltd tasked us with creating the new imagery for his amazing ensemble and upcoming marketing campaigns.

They say that certain people come into your life and make a big impact and this woman did that for me.
The most creative person I ever met, a woman who could put her hand to anything - cooking, baking, gin making, dress making, hat making, shoe making. You name it she could do it and she did it better than the professionals.
The biggest lover of life and the biggest Tina Turner fan.
She lit up every room, was the first & last on the dance floor and could drink an 18 year old under the table with ease.
The only person I could meet to turn up at my house with a beautifully made lasagna, made the night before, so drunk she couldn’t remember doing so.
I am so grateful I have the best memories with you, all of which are full of nothing but fun and laughter.
I promise to live to life to the MAX, just like you did.
You truly were ‘simply the best’
