How I creative directed a lash campaign 🌸🪷
Creative direction is a new service I’m adding to CBG. It’s been one of my passions for a while, and I’m so honored to have had the opportunity to bring this vision to life.
Cheers to breaking barriers and helping brands tell their story in a way that feels authentic and unforgettable.

These light stands are no joke. Why are they so hard to adjust? Is it me? Do I need to workout or…. because I can’t keep fighting with it and clearly I’m not winning 🙄

1. Do as much research as you can about your equipment. Your camera has many features beyond just ISO, shutter speed, and aperture that can drastically impact your photos. Let the internet be your best friend—look up anything unfamiliar because you never know when that information might come in handy for a future shoot.
2. Don’t be afraid to reach out to others in the industry for help. I’ve been fortunate to have a mentor who has been a photographer for over 10 years, and they have taught me so much of what I know now. I’ve learned that photographers are not gatekeepers—they’re often willing to share their knowledge because they remember what it was like to start from the bottom. Don’t hesitate to use your resources.
3. The best piece of advice I’ve received is to shoot with intention. Know exactly how you want your photos to turn out, and work toward making that vision a reality.
