We have two rather tasty specials on this afternoon, we’ve teams up with @quotidianbakery and created these. I think everyone knows the mastery of these baguettes!!! We’ve got two on today, limited numbers… once they are gone they are gone.
1) Philly cheese - quite well known, won’t go into it.
2) Masala grilled chicken, 24 hour marinaded chicken bread, grilled until charred and juicy….. and healthy lol this then has, mango chutney, lime buttermilk dressing, onion & cucumber salad… more health.

We decided Hitchin Market Square was missing a bit of "oomph," so we dropped the best buns in town right in the splash zone. If the "bang" didn’t wake you up, the sight of that crust definitely will.

Ah, the humble Wednesday night tea. Mum pulling a frozen chicken Kiev and a handful of oven chips out of the freezer... elite nostalgia. 🧊🍗🍟
We took that absolute culinary masterpiece and turned it into our Kiev Fries. They’ve been our biggest seller since day one, probably because we swapped the freezer burn for a serious glow-up.
We’re talking proper chips absolutely drenched in house garlic mayo, smothered in crispy onions, and buried under an irresponsible amount of parmesan. 🧀🧄
