It has been a tough week.
Watching some people celebrate and flippantly justify murder has made a horror, even more horrific.
But evil does not win. And we must find a way for good to come of this.
This post is probably filled with typos and I know, is said less than perfectly. But I truly appreciate you reading and allowing me to share my heart on this.

We are excited to welcome Coruscant's (and Anakin's) favorite Senator to Puyallup. Please welcome Catherine Taber to her first Washington State Summer Con lineup from June 19th through the 21st.
Georgia native Catherine Taber has made numerous comedic and dramatic appearances in television and film, both in front of the camera and behind the microphone, including Star Wars: The Clone Wars, The Walking Dead World Beyond, Jane the Virgin and The Force Awakens.
Taber is perhaps best known for her portrayal of queen-turned-turned-senator Padme Amidala in the award winning film and series Star Wars: The Clone Wars. She has in fact spent much of her career “in a galaxy, far, far away” with leading roles in Knights of the Old Republic, The Old Republic, The Force Unleashed, Star Wars: Detours, Star Wars: Rebels, Star Wars: Forces of Destiny and Star Wars: Uprising.
She has also portrayed memorable characters in some of today’s most beloved and popular gaming franchises including Final Fantasy, The X-Men, Metal Gear Solid, Resident Evil and Titanfall.
Taber lent her talents to one of her favorite charities The Humane Society of the United States in conjunction with Aardman animation for the film A Pigs Tail and founded the organization Games for Soldiers, which sends video games and comic books to U.S. Soldiers deployed to the Middle East.
She can be found opposite Patton Oswalt as “Jesse” in Minecraft StoryMode on Netflix, the eldest of the Loud sisters, Lori, on Nickelodeon’s hit series The Loud House, in AMC’s The Walking Dead: World Beyond and supporting Jack Russell terriers everywhere.

Today is my mom’s birthday. Happy Birthday, Mom!!!! It is still bittersweet to celebrate milestones without my beloved Father. We miss him tremendously but feel him here with us, and it is a blessing. 🙏
This morning, my friend Lindsay sent me a message about the loss of her Father. He passed last weekend, on April 11th, and sounded like such an amazing man that I thought it would be nice to honor him today. His name was Tom, the same as my Dad💛.
Please keep Tom Hyde and his family in your prayers today. And if you are lucky enough to have someone you truly love and admire in your life still here “earthside”, let the words of his daughter, Lindsay, serve as a reminder to tell them. 💛🙏🏻🕊️

I want to humbly ask my fellow believers, especially fellow Catholics, to keep an eye out for new people showing up to Mass/church this season. Many will not know what to do, where to sit, or what to say. It can feel very intimidating. Jesus is calling them, but we are His greeters (and bearers of His Light) Even in the reverence, maybe especially in the reverence - smile, make eye contact and welcome and encourage them however you can.🕊️
It matters, and it is our call.🙏🏻
