The CATCH Trust Coaches Academy is back in action, with off-season training sessions well underway.
The opening session, “The Role of a Coach,” challenged aspiring coaches to reflect on their purpose and motivations, sparking meaningful conversations about the true impact a coach can have both on and off the field.
Through interactive discussions and insights shared by mentor coaches, participants were encouraged to think beyond the technical aspects of coaching and consider their role in shaping players and communities.
Taking learning a step further, participants joined a CATCH Trust U23 training session, gaining valuable hands-on experience alongside professional and elite coaches from Gary Kirsten Cricket
