Self-love is the only love you need to feel whole. No one else is meant to complete you, because you are already complete on your own. And if you ever choose to share your true, whole self with someone else, let it be known: that is your choice ā and their privilege.

Personal style is self-expression made visibleāand wearing it confidently is its own kind of power.
Iāve always wanted to experiment with fashion, so this summer Iām going to have fun with self-expression, and let my clothes say what words donāt.

Running to the finish line like my students chasing extra credit at the last minuteātrying to make up for a semesterās worth of āIāll do it later.ā - If you stay ready you donāt got to get ready HENNY!
Hi! I won! š
This was an emotionally challenging experience. The past three weeks have been a roller coaster of highs and lows, filled with valuable lessons and overlapping professional commitments. I approached this race as an opportunity to resetāfocusing on presence, steady breathing, and moving at a pace that felt right for me. Iām grateful for the ability to keep moving forward and to continue pushing myself each day.

Being told what to eat and what to avoid is not the purpose of your education, and it should not be treated as such. Students deserve more than directivesāthey are entitled to instruction grounded in research. It is the responsibility of educators to provide evidence-based information about nutrition, food, and health, and to clearly demonstrate how these factors work together to support a sustainable and successful career in dance. When this standard is not met, students are being underserved.

Diets donāt workā¦
the same for everyone because nutrition is deeply individual. Our bodies, lifestyles, and goals differ, so no single meal plan can fit all. What you eat should also support how you need to perform each dayāwhether thatās fueling intense training as an athlete or sustaining energy for a busy schedule. Lasting health comes from finding what works for you, not following one-size-fits-all rules.
