RECIPE FOR THE MIXED OKRA SOUP.
- Palm oil
- Pepper
- Locust beans (if you like it)
- Chopped meats and ponmo(many other things like crab, pawn, saki, roundabout and co can be added) 😂

Here's the video and recipe on how to prepare CHINESE RICE STICK🍜
Ingredients:
- Ready-made raw rice sticks
- Veggies of your choice (onions, bell peppers, carrots, spring onions, sweet corn e.t.c.)
- Soy Sauce, Oyster sauce (if available, if not ; use seasoning cubes and salt)
- Goat meat (your choice..chicken, turkey and co can also be used... Whatever you want. Add some crabs, prawns, crayfish and all if available.. it'll make it more delicious)
Cooking Procedure:
I'd advise you to make the sauce ready before parboiling the rice stick, to avoid it getting all soggy so let's start with;
1. Chopping up all veggies into small bits
2. Boil your meat/chicken/turkey/prawns/crabs or whatever you want to use with seasoning and salt to your taste.
3. Chop some of the boiled meats into smaller pieces
4. Shallow-fry the meat/chicken/turkey.
5. Stir fry the already chopped up veggies on low heat, starting with the onions.
6. Add your Soy sauce, Oyster sauce, seasoning cube if you want to and a lil bit of the meat stock too.
7. Stir together and let it simmer(now is the time to add the kidney beans,sweet corn or any other canned ingredients you want to add).
We're done with the sauce, now the rice sticks. There are two ways to go about it, it's either you soak the rice stick in an ordinary water (room temperature) for about 20 minutes then sieve OR put the rice stick in a boiling water for about two minutes then sieve it, to avoid it getting soggy and soft.
8. Mix the already sieved rice stick with the sauce you've prepared and let it simmer for about 3-5 minutes on low heat.
9. FOOD IS READY, ENJOY!
