Been thinking a lot about perception lately. About how we canāt control other peopleās perceptions of us. How allowing people to perceive us might actually provide insight to our own experience of peace. Just because you perceive me, doesnāt make it the truth. Itās not my truth, at least. Maybe just allowing, without needing to defend and prove, is what freedom looks like. Just be in all that you are. Sometimes weāre messy. But maybe our responsibility is growth. Not controlling the narrative.
