Dog Walking Social Group
If you love getting out and about with your dog, this is a great chance to connect with others, explore local walking spots, and help your furry friend make some new playmates along the way.

To keep things enjoyable for everyone, dogs should be well-behaved and sociable — or owners should have the right tools and confidence to manage their dog’s behaviour.

Fredrick Street is closed to traffic but the town hall remains accessible by the footpath.

Town Open Day will feature live performances from local community music groups and choirs!
We're kicking things off at 10:30am with a performance by Mediocre Melodies, followed by a beginners' folk workshop at 11am.
Bring your instrument along and learn an old-time or contemporary folk tune, one note at a time.
No registration needed. All welcome - guitars, mandolins, fiddles, banjos, bass, whatever you play. It's about sitting in a circle, connection, and the simple pleasure of learning a song together.
This is a taste of Mediocre Melodies, a regular beginner-friendly jam every 3rd Tuesday at the Chewton Town Hall from 6:45pm. All welcome! Come by this Saturday to have a play and a chat to them on how to join the group. 🎻

Arty Afternoons kicked off last week — and the young artists were already asking if it could happen more than once a week! We'll take that as the best review we could've asked for. 🎨
Arty Afternoons is a gentle and supportive weekly FREE after school program for kids to connect and express themselves through art and play. Sessions are facilitated by registered Art Therapist and Children’s Counsellor.

This Thursday we’re joined by Niki Moko from Carer Supports (Bendigo Health), who will be speaking from 4:30–5:00pm.
Each monthly session is co-facilitated by Kirrily (qualified social worker) and Julie Du Plessis, offering a welcoming, judgment-free and safe space to:
