It is a powerful thing to honor yourself on your birthday and offer your spirit the celebration it truly deserves. I used to wonder why I felt empty on my birthday, and I recently realized I had been spending the entire day doing what others expected of me, people pleasing, showing up to dinners I did not even want to attend, putting on makeup, answering texts from acquaintances. Today marks the beginning of a new life where I am comfortable living for me. 11/18/25 💜☮️🤷🏻♀️😈
