I got to hold the camera negative of the Wizard of Oz, I got to work a jib on an incredible concert, I got to do incredible things with incredible people.

I just got back from a trip to Rochester, NY for the Nitrate Picture Show at the @eastmanmuseum ! It was such a cool experience, we all got to see tons of great old movies projected from the original (or close to original) nitrate prints made 70+ years ago!
1. The beautiful gardens of George Eastman’s mansion
2. The Nitrate Picture Show was held in the Dryden theater at the Eastman museum, shown here
3. The opening presentation was a 1938 print of D.W.

accompaniment! Photo courtesy of @jackiephotographyroc
4. I kept looking back at the projection booth for most of the screenings, this video comes from the very first night where the chief projectionist saw me and held up a reel of Intolerance for me to see!

10. One of the coolest pieces of merch from the festival, a matchbook.
Huge thanks to all the people from the @thenitratepictureshow , I hope to be back next year!
This graduation was a lot more fun than the last one, thanks in no small part to all the amazing people in my life, including the lovely folks in these pictures.
We have officially wrapped filming on my
capstone project, Your Wildest Dreams.
I cannot possibly give enough thanks to everyone who
worked on this project. We waited in a grassy field for
distant gunshot sounds to pass, we threw our backs out
dancing to The Vengabus in a ballroom, we endured the
trials and tribulations of shooting on 16mm film, and above
all, we made this dream a reality.
Your Wildest Dreams, coming fall 2024.
YOUR WILDEST DREAMS - Days 1-4!
Massive thank you to everyone who’s lent a hand on this project so far! Everybody on this crew absolutely crushed it. Love you all!
“Let me go, I don’t want to be your hero.”
That’s a wrap on one of the most fun semesters of my college career so far. Winning two Tensies, seeing another awesome concert, and bringing my Victrola to Wescoe beach, among other things. I’ve also included a sneak peak into my next project on the last slide. Huge thank you to everyone for being a part of it!
