Britt Alan was baptized today 💙 What a special day with family and a momentous day for our little boy. Even more special he wore the christening gown that has been in the family for three generations now- worn by Britt’s Great Great Grandpa, his Grandpa, his Great Aunts and Uncle, and his cousin. And so special that my childhood pastor was the one who married Casey and I and now baptized Britt. A blessed day for sure!

Casey and I welcomed our son, Britt Alan Merrill, on Wednesday morning (3/5/2025) at 8:34 am. He weighs 6 lbs 11 oz and is 20 inches long. He’s such a blessing and we keep staring at him in awe that he’s ours! We are so excited for life with this little one ❤️
This is some butter I cultured and churned myself using @franniescoconutkefir which was super fun for me to make! And then some other dishes which were also fun for me to make! 🧈

This one hurts. We lost a real pillar of our family this week. An unbelievably joyful and hospitable person, he embodied what it means to be loving. He was a great example of what a Godfather should be, and I’m lucky to have had you as a cousin. Rest Easy Mike. ❤️
